Using "http://hl7.org/fhir/[realm]/[code]/" for fullUrls in Cancer-reporting's Bundle example, every Bundle entry errors "URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/cancer-reporting/[ResourceType]/[id]' does not resolve". This seems expected- and sounds like it has been raised previously in the context of an IG publisher bug- as an issue with hl7.org and not an issue with the content of the Bundle fullUrls. Tried looking for this issue in an existing thread (to be able to reference) but not finding anything, which is surprising. I'd like to include these errors in the Suppressed warnings file with this note.

Do your examples validate if you use relative references?

The errors only arose after changing the fullUrls to begin with http://hl7.org. Once these URLs are made to exist on the site, these errors should be resolved.

They should be resolvable - somethings gone wrong somewhere. Can I reproduce thius?
