I've created more US core searchparameters to define capabilities in US Core - they are all generated from script. Curiously the _id parameters are causing warning for the new sps servicerequest-id and practitioner-id but not the existing patient-id I don't see any differences between them

Here is a warning...

SearchParameter warning The expression 'Practitioner.id' is not compatible with the expression 'Resource.id' in the derivedFrom SearchParameter http://hl7.org/fhir/SearchParameter/Resource-id, and this likely indicates that the derivation relationship is not valid

Yes I think it is We add conformance expectations to multiple ands and multiple ors and specify the type. So the CapabilityStatement can point to it.

then FMG will be ok with it and you can suppress it
