This has been discussed a bit before, but here's a formal proposal for consideration. The intention is to create 'snapshot' and 'mustSupport/implementer' views of the terminology summary, constraint summary and data dictionary views so that you only need to look at the 'long' table/page that contains absolutely everything if you genuinely want to look at absolutely everything.

I see the ticket, but don't really see what the yesterday's discussion was, or what the resolution is. Data dictionary put in collapsing section? Anything else?

Some differences on data dictionary in terms of rendering to distinguish what's changed and what's relevant to the 'implementer' view. Also, constraints on Element don't list elements at all, and instead just say "All elements" (to avoid spitting out a useless list of all elements)
