It seems it is not possible to alpha order artifacts with groups on the Artifact Index in an IG. Even if you add and save one by one in alpha order. The "non-sensical" order of the artifacts in the ToC seems to be retained.. why is this?

If you list the artifacts explicitly in your IG, the order should be retained. Can you point to a Github and CI build where this isn't happening?
