I used to include images for my pages using ImplementationGuide.Binary
but the new ImplementationGuide does not have that. How are people adding images to the IG?

depends how you preprocess you source files. Lloyds way does, mine does not. (ig.xml is pretty useless - my way,,, but that is about to change soon0

My approach relies on folders, not explicit referencing by the IG

Ok so the logic falls on the template (where to find are the images).
