Change the template in ig.ini to ig-template-hl7.

because you have not chosen the proper template to use. Your ig.ini says to use fhir base. you want the hl7 template.

The HL7 template should only be used if you're publishing the IG as part of HL7 international.

The HL7 template enforces a bunch of rules not enforced by the base template - things we need to tie into Jira, ensuring that the IG is in fact an HL7 IG, etc.

@Alex Goel no, it means you need to change your IG id to start with hl7. assuming that you want your guide to be balloted and published at HL7

what do you mean "managed by HL7"? you don't need to change your repository name. just the id of the IG - line 5 of your sushi-config.yaml

I'm confused too, is this an IHE or hl7 guide? Is this the hl7 SDC? , as the content doesn't look like it.
