I'm updating our CIMPL tooling to use FHIR 4.0.1. As part of this process, I copy over all of the FHIR definitions from the JSON download. These provide the base structuredefinitions on which we build our profiles.
After doing this, the IG Publisher reports the following error many times in its qa.html:
URL value 'http://hl7.org/fhirpath/System.String' does not resolve
The errors all point to elements whose base is Element.id -- which has a type w/ code "http://hl7.org/fhirpath/System.String" (in addition to the structuredefinition-fhir-type extension).

TBH, I haven't followed all of the details of the conversations related to primitive codes -- so I don't know where that all landed, and as a result I don't really know if this is an issue with the definitions themselves, the IG publisher, or something I'm doing wrong.
