I've noted an inconsistency in the documentation around the use of the Prefer header
http://build.fhir.org/http.html#ops talks about the prefer header having Prefer: return=minimal (which is consistent with the RFC)
Where the bulk data spec is quiet on the presence of the return= prefix
I believe others have coded without the prefix

https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7240 defines multiple optional arguments including return={} and and prefer-async. Are you suggesting we explicitly call out the fact that a return={} may be present? (I don't think it's required in any case.)

Having reviewed closer, I think just want more detailed examples inline with what is in the core spec.
And yes, RFC does cover both as you note.
