Mine is pretty similar to the one already added.
One question I do have is: what is the rationale behind making inputSource mandatory? Does that mean I can't be a client unless I have a FHIR endpoint?
Surely that is a pretty high bar for clients that may not have a need for smart update or referential integrity.

Ok, I've just read this past message:
Proposal: keep inputSource as required, but update docs to note that it's a URI, specified by the client, meant to track data imported through its lifecycle. Use "a FHIR server base URL" as an example but not the definition of this field.
Should I create a pull request to action this change?
