Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has a Bulk Data Server out on the web that can be used for testing. I see there is a list here: https://github.com/smart-on-fhir/fhir-bulk-data-docs/blob/master/implementations.md but it looks like some of the links may be out of date. Also, I'm hoping to test without OAuth or other security (beyond https that is) so I can just focus on the Bulk Data exchange mechanics itself for now. Thanks!

Hey All, we need to deploy some code to bring the Epic test server up-to-date. I'll update this thread when that happens before the Sept connectathon.

@Josh Mandel For the SMART reference server, what's the actual URL I need to hit? Is https://bulk-data.smarthealthit.org/ the base URL? Sorry I'm a little confused by the page I see when I browse there because it talks about launching and OAuth stuff.
