Hello all,
I'm new around these parts so I apologize if this has been discussed previously. I was recently assigned a project dealing with bulk FHIR payloads and I was wondering if you all had any recommended tools for persisting the data? I have heard of fhirbase as a potential solution but wanted to get the forum's thoughts.

If you have the option, I highly recommend the Google Healthcare API. It has a compliant FHIR store that "just works" out of the box. (It doesn't do the SMART on FHIR layer for authentication or authorization though, but for persistence it works great).
