Hi all, we're looking for a way to bulk ingest synthea data into our FHIR server, and we found the $import operation. We're considering implementing it for our server. Has there been any consideration for a local file system storageDetail.type? I assume those types are intended to indicate to the server what kind of file stream to open/ what kind of external request to make?
