I want to send bulk COVID-19 laboratory results for adults, but also include results for minors/dependents the adult is legally responsible for. How do I do that using bulk data - RelatedPerson resource? Thanks.

What is the reason, you need to use the bulk data API over normal transaction bundles? Which server do you use? Is performance a concern?
