Following up on our kickoff discussion, the CMS documentation on how they're doing attestation and attribution for provider facing bulk claims export is at https://dpc.cms.gov/docsV1#attestation (my understanding is that this approach may be streamlined in the v2 implementation - https://groups.google.com/g/dpc-api/c/rkFjAkpoEGM).
