Is there any good UI for supporting the use-case where a patient is entering into a patient portal or PHR the drugs they are taking? Given RxNorm as a vocabulary, the blunt UI would be very ugly... So wondering if there are some best-practices (or better than ugly practices) for drug selection (in general, for providers, but specifically for patients). I suspect there are in the proprietary space, but would still like to hear the lessons-learned.
