VA, looking at populating R2.
VistA has one file (Orders) for orders as placed by providers and separate, and more detailed files for pharmacies filling orders (prescription, non-verified orders, pending orders).
How are others approaching this; as versions of one MedicationRequest instance, or multiple MedicationRequest instances?
Or are the Pharma side resources really Dispense, since that can be prospective?
