Medication treatment is for example "captopril for hypertension". The treatment exists and is identifiable from the moment it is planned

We have the indication for use in MedicationRequest that would allow you to say "Hypertension" for the Captopril prescription - not sure if this is what you mean.

If the call agendas allow it, do you want me to join one of the Pharmacy calls to describe the case? I do not think this would change the existing Pharmacy resources, but it is implementation guidance that may be useful to discuss - as you decide

My current leaning is to use CarePlan or Task for this, but would be good to discuss if this makes sense.
