This solution intends to publish an HL7 FHIR IG as well as produce supporting tooling that facilitates FHIR queries for non-US-Core data of interest to researchers from clinical EHRs. While the tooling itself likely won't technically be a part of the FHIR IG, our thinking is that the overarching intended scope might be of interest to the WG.
