it is unclear, bad vocabulary, examples don't even follow the rule, and provides no value

I do note that I think one meaning that might at one time been intended for .actor.role, is currently the meaning behind the .action. That is to say that .actor and .action when both are populated mean that the provision is about that actor doing that action. all the more evidence that .actor.role should be removed, thus leaving .actor as Reference(...)
