J#20631 talks about use of Consent vs. Security Labels and that isn't terribly well covered in the resolution. This seems to be a topic that has not had a lot of discussion. I think that could use more before the vote.

the core issue was handled by allowing meta.security to be changed.

If you would like to request specific improvements that express when Consent is better than .meta.security; then please suggest wording and location for that wording. It is not clear to me where or what this wording might be that would not cause equal confusion in the other direction.
