Hi @NGO, TUAN do we have a db schema for the HIV reporting system? To see what data structures we have there.
Also the tables with the coded values would help create our valuesets - for example "treatment status" .

hi @Jose Costa Teixeira , currently we do not have it yet. but let me ask the developer who is dev HIV info; CDC/VN has sent me the dictionary code but still need to de deduplicate and re-standard

Gender
Occupation
Risk behavior
Transmission route

you can do the transformation in pretty much any language, though unix friendly is probably better
