GF#12765 says that we should fix links to snomed pages - which I'll work on. It also expresses difficulty in finding out what concept id applies for each edition. @Michael Lawley quotes from my list at http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=IG_Publisher_Documentation, but surely Snomed Intl publishes this list somewhere? (only, it doesn't, so far as I can see, it's a common implementer question - should we just put that list right in http://hl7.org/fhir/snomed.html?)
