Depends, IMO.
Arguably, there's a lot to be said for having a separate space that's specifically about apps, and a lot to be said about patient empowerment / "the patient's perspective" that has nothing to do with apps. Right? Wrong?

OTOH, do we know who decided to create this stream? What do they think?

there has not been much traffic here, hence why I suspected it would be best to close it with a forwarding address.
