The U.S. Administration of Community Living (ACL) announced a new challenge grant yesterday: https://www.challenge.gov/challenge/innovative-technology-solutions-for-social-care-referrals/. This is an opportunity to build solutions that incorporate the existing FHIR BSeR IG and emerging SDOH FHIR IG (part of the Gravity Project) among other referenced FHIR based specifications.
