Topic: Technical Corrections
Grahame Grieve (Oct 30 2019 at 01:12):
I am starting the release process for technical corrections for R3 and R4. For the next little while - while I am uploading - there will be some version inconsistencies and transient broken links on http://hl7.org/fhir. I will advise once the process is completed
Note that at some stage during the process, the validator and IG publisher (and various other tools) will likely stop working. I will be working on fixing them as soon as I can
Grahame Grieve (Oct 30 2019 at 01:13):
note that the full uploading could take 3 days, but the crunch is about 24 hours away
Grahame Grieve (Nov 01 2019 at 00:24):
ok. progress report:
- the upgrade has been much more complicated than I allowed for... along with some connectivity problems
- all the technical infrastructure (packages, rss feds, package-lists, redirects) is in place
- THe statement of changes is uploaded: http://hl7.org/fhir/history.html is already uploaded
- I am still uploading the HTML for R4 - 200k files still to upload
- I am releasing new copies of the validator and IG publisher now
Grahame Grieve (Nov 01 2019 at 00:25):
I will advise when all the HTML is uploaded
Richard Townley-O'Neill (Nov 01 2019 at 01:43):
Hi @Grahame Grieve
- The statement of changes does not mention 3.0.1 or 3.0.2. Please add something about them.
- The major milestones table lists original versions (e.g. 3.0.0), but the dated links go to the latest revision (e.g. 3.0.2) of the version (e.g. STU3). Move the links from the dates in the first column to the names in the third column.
Richard Townley-O'Neill (Nov 01 2019 at 01:45):
The new igPublisher builds only the latest revision of each version, e.g. 3.0.2, not 3.0.1.
(I have some work to do.)

Hi Grahame, I'm looking for latest stable release of FHIR validator. I downloaded the version available at link given below, but its not able to validate and throwing error for samples downloaded from FHIR site even.

The current validator is here: https://fhir.github.io/latest-ig-publisher/org.hl7.fhir.validator.jar
