FYI - may be of interest to some in the FHIR community:
The Challenge will award $500,000 over three phases to conceptualize, prototype, and implement a technology solution to connect people in need of social services to those service providers. Teams, including but not limited to health IT developers, state and community leaders in the aging and disability network, health care systems, health plans, and other tech vendors, are welcome and encouraged to apply.
