Google has open-sourced Simulated Hospital at https://github.com/google/simhospital
Simulated Hospital is a tool that generates a stream of realistic HL7 v2 messages according to user-defined "pathways" that describe clinical actions or events in the course of patient care. It helps developers build and test clinical applications that consume v2 messages.
