I have updated https://github.com/FHIR/packages which contains a number of useful FHIR packages for FHIR implementers:
- hl7.fhir.core: All the resources defined in the published specification, subject to ongoing maintenance
- hl7.fhir.core.gen: The Structures, operations, search parameters, and expanded value sets from the published specifications, useful for generating the base code the spec
- fhir.tx.support: Additional terminology resources that are not part of the main specification (mainly for publication license reasons) but are useful for terminology services
- fhir.test.data: Additional useful test data for reference servers
In addition to being useful packages, some implementers depend on these in other github repos - they will contain the latest source for the official packages.

- added code packages for R4
