I made this announcement in #inferno, but wanted to post here so it gets more exposure. ONC recently published the Test Procedure for the (g)(10) Standardized API for patient and population services for preview on healthIT.gov. ONC "appreciate[s] feedback on the steps outlined in the test procedure... [but is] no longer accepting comments related to the requirements established in the final rule." Thanks all!
