http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-qi-core/us-core-comparisons/sd-us-core-servicerequest-qicore-servicerequest.html
shows a comparison of QI-Core to US Core for ServiceRequest, but it appears to use US Core Version 4.1.0
Whereas https://github.com/HL7/fhir-qi-core/blob/master/input/qicore.xml#L29-L33 clearly shows a dependency on US Core 3.1.1
I assume this comparison is generated by the IG Publisher. Is there way to tell the IG Publisher to compare it to the version of US Core that is specified in the ImplementationGuide.dependsOn.version ?

no this is deliberate, it's a policy thing. Are you aligned with where US core is going?

Not yet, we're working on it. However,

and

specify 3.1.1

@Grahame Grieve , yes, we've done the analysis and have trackers logged so that the next ballot of QICore will update to USCore 4+ (actual target TBD), we just needed a version based on 3.1.1 to support current usage and some other IGs that use QICore but also need 3.1.1.

ok. so that's your explanation and it'll be fine.
