You can install both at the same time :)

Yes its available after reinstalling STU3.

We publish separate Forge releases for each major FHIR version (DSTU2, STU3, R4), as they are incompatible. You can install and run separate Forge releases side-by-side on the same machine. The Forge DSTU2 release is no longer actively maintained.
