I've discovered an issue with the Notepad++ FHIR plugin. When opening the package manager, it fails with error message "Could not load SLL library". This prevents me from installing any more packages.
Is this a known issue? If so, is there a workaround?

it's not a known issue. can you look in the notepad++ plugin directory and see what ssl related dlls are in it?

The Notepad++\plugins\fhir directory contains "libeay32.dll" and "ssleay32.dll", both file version 1.0.2.4

BTW The error occured when I tried the "Import URL" function. However the package manager "Common" button works as expected and allowed me to install FHIR R2 definitions.
No rush, not a bug issue.
