When I try to connect to https://fhir.github.io/ I get a PR_CONNECT_ABORTED_ERROR error.
This makes it hard to get the publisher from https://fhir.github.io/latest-ig-publisher/org.hl7.fhir.publisher.jar
Some docco pages give this as the location for the latest version.

there's an... issue... with the sonatype service which means latest isn't always the latest. It appears that the maintainers do not see that as a bug. Anyway, the github link works for me
