Is there any search builder other than HAPI FHIR test server?
Basically to select a resource type, pile up with search params/modifiers/etc. and get the final GET url.

I've seen a few. registry.fhir.org has a search that works a little like that but it's not the explicit intent. So does test.fhir.org. And the FHIR Toolkit too, though that's not very functional right now
