There was a lot of interest around mappings to FHIR and data transformation yesterday at the DevDays
We're very enthousiastic about getting your feedback, advice and suggestions about PYROG, the open source mapping tool that we've developped at ARKHN!
It will be presented in room Vincent today at 10:15 am :)

Hi!
I know this thread is ages old...but I am going to try anyway :P
I tried to test your tool locally but didn't manage to get it to run. Is there a demo or video to show the capabilities of your tool?
Cheers Sven

Hi @Sven Helfer ,
And sorry for the late reply (thank you @Lloyd McKenzie for the notice).
You can find a presentation of our tool Pyrog online here (it's from the 2019 FHIR DevDays in Amsterdam):

However, it is a bit outdated now.. I'd be happy to discuss it with you if you're looking for more information.
Best,
Corneliu

Hi @Corneliu Malciu ,
thanks for the response. Actually I am still very much interested in your Pyrog et al ;). I'll try and install once more. Are the installation instructions (https://github.com/arkhn/pyrog) up to date?
Corneliu Malciu (Sep 08 2020 at 09:29):
Hi @Sven Helfer ,
The instructions are not perfectly up to date, but you shouldn't have too much troubles installing the tool ;)
Note that Pyrog is only used to explore an unknown database and to generate mapping rules. These mapping rules are further used by our ETL tool to integrate the standardized data into a FHIR server. These latter tools are also on our github, but their orchestration requires some work.
