Topic: IG Publisher - extension intro

If my extension has the id "ext-example", the name of the StructureDefinition file is "structuredefinition-ext-example.xml", and the name of the text content is "extension-ext-example-intro.md".
However, the intro content is added to the IG as a plain text, ignoring any markups. The footer notes with the name "extension-ext-example-notes.md" are not included at all. What are the proper names for the intro and notes files to be properly rendered into the extension's html page?

Are you using the HL7 or standard base template?

I'm not sure. What does CA CORE use for extensions? - https://github.com/scratch-fhir-profiles/CA-Core/tree/master/src/pagecontent
The ext-***.md content is not rendered for the extensions there as well.

I believe the filename needs to be extension-ext-patientbirthsex-intro.md

BTW - why do you have pngs in the pagecontent folder?

That's what I did and my content appears on the top of the extension page, but it's just a plain text ignoring my markups (e.g., code quotes).
