When I created an extension definition in forge, I noticed that the 'fixedUrl' element was missing from the Extension.url in the StructureDefinition. How can I add that to the ED? There doesn't seem to be a UI for this...

Hi @David Hay, correct, this is a known issue in Forge R4 and will be fixed in the next release.
