Are there any other tools similar to ClinFHIR to visualize resources connectivity?

Just out of interest, why are you looking for alternatives?

And what exactly are you looking for? A tool showing the relationships between profiles and resources? Like how the UML diagram on the spec shows the inheritance (http://hl7.org/fhir/patient.html#resource) or how Simplifier shows how different profiles/resources constrain each other: https://simplifier.net/NictizSTU3-Zib2017/nl-core-patient/~references?filters=inbound|outbound|project|external&referenceTypes=Base ?

Something simple that allows to drop resources to canvas and connect them if references are allowed, without spending too much time creating Bundle or something similar. (E.g., in case I need to quickly explain a possible logical structure during a meeting, etc.)

Have you looked at the scenario builder or the new graph builder (which I'll be demoing at devdays BTW) - that's exactly what they do...

Here's a video (it's moved on a bit since then, but the fundamentals are the same... https://vimeo.com/360675971

Great, that's exactly what I was looking for. If you could also add Search String Builder on top of Scenario Builder that would be ideal.

always happy to look at enhancements. How would such a builder work - and what would be its action in building the graph?

and I would like to tilt you towards graph builder rather than scenario builder - that's where the dev effort is going at the moment...
