Topic: Renaming Announcements

In chat.hl7.org, there's a stream called "announce". When you post to it, you have to click a confirmation that you really want a post to go to everyone - which might help keep people from posting to it by accident. There's a proposal to make this configurable, but right now the only way to get this behavior is to have the stream specifically labeled "announce". Do we want to rename "Announcements" to take advantage of this?

As I said, there's a Zulip proposal to make it configurable. We could wait until that proposal's acted upon, or we could rename now.

I don't think there's a clear timeline, but if I had to guess, a couple months (it's not an active priority)
