Topic: Old Stream links not working

I recently started noticing that some old links to streams are no longer working.
Eg: https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179166-implementers/subject/Data.20mapping/near/154017453
links to https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/32-v2-to-FHIR but #v2 to FHIR now points to https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179188-v2-to-FHIR
And the link in left menu and stream settings page is https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179188-v2-to.20FHIR.
Last two links does work and point to same stream.

Seems that all links to streams are now being rendered as "#undefined"...?
