Topic: Mark as resolved changes URL of topic

When a topic is marked as resolved its URL changes. It gets ".E2.9C.94.20" added before the topic name.
This breaks links from outside Zulip.
Is there a way to mark topics as resolved that does not break links?

Just an update that we've fixed this at least for our "Copy link to conversation" syntax that targets a specific message ID.
