Topic: Issue with 5.8.1

I get a message that 5.8.1 has been downloaded and I click "Install and Relaunch" which shuts down my app - using desktop version on Mac. Only option is to select "Install later". Anyone else have the same issue?

Mine was the same (M1 Macbook Pro, running macOS 11.4) - at some point I just said install later and it has stopped popping up.

I've been running into an issue for the last couple of Zulip builds where it gives me that dialog when I launch, and if I click install and relaunch, it relaunches and displays the same. I can continue this fun indefinitely. I finally downloaded and installed manually from the zulip website (which reset all my OS notification settings :rolling_eyes:).
