Topic: Confirmation email not being sent

One of our Patient Track users can't get access to zulip. They have registered, and it says the email has been sent, but they are not seeing it. They have checked their spam. Is there anything else they can try?

He ended up using a google account to get access via SSO.

@Mike Ross generally for this one should contact their IT -- in past cases that we've investigated, it turns out to be a problem with a corporate email filtering system that was configured to ignore all emails sent by Zulip's third-party transactional email provider (Mandrill).
