Stream: Cancer Interoperability
Topic: mCODE
May Terry (May 10 2019 at 17:42):
Based on our HL7 WGM Thursday lunch discussion involving an "mCODE community of interest", I'm starting a topic for mCODE issues under Cancer-DTR group rather than to create a dedicated stream. Given that Cancer-DTR group is an old title, I'll see about trying to get either Lloyd or Grahame to change the stream name to "Cancer Interoperability". cc: @Mark Kramer

Some have been asking where they can further review an early (not yet balloted) draft of the mCODE FHIR IG. It's available here: http://standardhealthrecord.org/guides/mcode/. Feel free to ask questions on this chat stream. We also are in the process of setting up a JIRA board to enter issues and will post it here when it's available.

There is now an mCODE Connectathon Track proposal for this coming September: https://confluence.hl7.org/display/FHIR/2019-09+mCODE+Cancer+Interoperability+Track . Please post or contact me directly if you're interested in participating! Feedback on improving the track content is also welcome.

The mCODE STU1 Pre-release #1 has been posted to the HL7 CI: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-mCODE-ig/branches/master/index.html. Also, attached is a spreadsheet with the latest ballot reconciliation status, filtered for the Clinical Genomics-related ballot issues. Given the upcoming holidays, we've extended the time for review so please provide feedback no later than Tuesday, January 7th so that we can address any fixes before our release of STU1 Candidate#2 on Jan 15th.
