Stream: Cancer Interoperability
Topic: Opening the Thread
Richard Esmond (Jun 14 2017 at 16:41):
I will be posting more detailed information over the course of the week, but a group of people have begun meeting and having conversations about the possibility of starting a new HL7 work-group specifically targeting the authoring and balloting clinical models and FHIR profiles for the entire longitudinal care processes associated with Cancer. The group would be collaborative across all medical specialties associated with Diagnoses and Treatment, including Imaging, Pathology, Oncology, Genomics and Surgery. We have only had two meetings so-far, so it's very early days. But we have close to thirty individuals and two dozen organizations. So there is quite a bit of interest.

Hi, Where can I find more information on the Cancer Interoperability meeting on Tuesday August 1st? All I found was this e-vite https://www.eventbrite.com/e/cancer-interoperability-tickets-35837133832

Hi, would also be very interested in an agenda. @Richard Esmond: am I correct that you showed the agenda on screen during the Cancer-DTR conference call last Wednesday?
Melle Sieswerda (Aug 01 2017 at 12:02):
For those who are interested: I just received the agenda from Danielle Lopez: Cancer-Interoperability-Launch-Aug-1-2017.docx.pdf
