Stream: Cancer Interoperability
Topic: NAACCR (and i2b2, PCORNet, OMOP)

I'm new to FHIR, but I've worked in a bunch of cancer research projects based on cancer registry data in i2b2 ( https://informatics.gpcnetwork.org/trac/Project/wiki/NAACCR_ETL ). Anybody doing NAACCR stuff in this FHIR world?
Our shop also does PCORNet CDM ( https://github.com/kumc-bmi/i2p-transform ). And I'd really like to do OMOP. (we have applied for funding to do OMOP / FHIR work).

The Common Data Model Harmonization Implementation Guide may be of interest. It provides mappings of i2b2, Sentinel, PCORNet, and OMOP to FHIR.

Thanks for the pointer. The mapping of lab_name cfrom pcornet looks goofy. It's supposed to be a1c or the like, not Quest.

There is the clinical genomics IG for everything genomics related:
