@Kurt Allen @Richard Esmond yesterday we discussed adding three terms (anterior, posterior, middle) to the clock direction VS. Is this correct? Are we sure the terms are mutually-exclusive (i.e, you cannot ever have "anterior at 11:00 o'clock)?

Anterior, Posterior, and Middle are depth values, and are distinct from clock direction. (they are components of BreastAbnormality).
Should this be an extension to BreastBodyLocation instead (since it is a location property)?
The things we need to add to clock direction are
* direct under nipple
* axiel
* axiel tail
It is my understanding that these are mutually exclusive from clock locations. i.e. there is no direct under nipple at 1:00.
