It looks good, but it feels like the logo for CC is missing something. I pulled the image down and it is indeed blank to the right of the BY, but shouldn't there be a 4.0 in there?

I used CC's own generator for this attribution. I just used their slim logo (80x15) instead of the full size (88x31) as I wanted to keep the footer height as minimal as possible.

The agreement between Boston Children's Hospital and HL7 requires joint copyright and the CC BY 4.0 license on the specification.

This is in line with the agreement made for SMART.

Yep, sure enough, it just looks really weird with all that blank space to the right of BY. No worries though, it's a nit for sure.
