Sorry, my question was pretty poor. We are wanting to evaluate using subscriptions, in particular rest-hooks. We are using the logica health sandbox for testing ideas and haven't been able to get a subscription to work. Does the sandbox have the ability to call rest-hooks? The documentation suggests that it may have this ability.
