For GF#14646 : Some basic discussion here. If the goal is to know which subscription, we suggest using the header param to differentiate.

If the goal is to identify the exact resource that changed (and the server isn't sending payload due to security concerns), then the resource id would likely hit the same issue as Lloyd pointed out on the gforge
